Quick Support Stats
For EV Owners
How does the Vehicle Compatibility Checker work?
Once you add your EV model (e.g. Tata Nexon, Ather 450X) to your profile, GullyCharge cross-references your vehicle's connector type and category (car vs bike) with the chargers listed at any station. It labels stations as "Compatible", "Requires Adapter", or "Incompatible" automatically.
What is the difference between AC and DC charging?
DC (Direct Current) Fast Chargers deliver high power directly to the battery, allowing electric cars to charge to 80% within 30-50 minutes. AC (Alternating Current) Slow Chargers utilize the vehicle's onboard converter and are commonly used for overnight, office parking, or electric scooters.
What does the "Verified by GullyCharge" badge mean?
Verified badges indicate that our moderation team has confirmed the station's physical coordinates, pricing structures, and operator contact details. Verified listings are less likely to contain outdated or incorrect details.
For Station Owners
How can I list my EV charger on GullyCharge?
Simply create a "Station Owner" account, click "Add Charging Station" in your dashboard, and fill out the coordinates, address, and amenities. Your listing will appear on our search directory after a quick manual review by our team.
How do I claim a station that is already listed?
If your charging point was seeded in our system during initial data collection, search for it on our search directory or navigate to the bottom of the Owner Dashboard. Input your business details and submit a claim. Once our admin approves it, ownership is assigned to your profile.
How do I manually update charger gun availability?
Verified and Premium hosts have access to manual overrides directly on their dashboard and station pages. If a charger is occupied or undergoing maintenance, toggle the status select box. The change goes live instantly on the search index, informing EV owners.
